Какой то идиот повесил амбарный замок на двери на чердак :D очень оригинально, учитывая что с улицы что бы туда попасть можно только через одну из двух квартир, плюс к тому оттуда нечего воровать... Остаётся только версия что ТАМ кого-то закрыли :D
з.ы. зато что бы вылить полные дождевой воды вёдра, уже отлично отпечатавшиеся в который раз на потолке, нужно искать того идиота и просить ключ. ну что за люди...

Some idiot hanged a padlock on the attic door :D very original taking into account that one have to pass through any of two flats to get up there from the street, plus there's nothing to steal... The only version left is that they closed somebody THERE :D
p.s. but I have to find that idiot in case to get up there and empty the buckets full of rain water, which already made another clear print on the ceiling. what's wrong with these people...
